The Instant Insulation Best Price Guarantee ensures that you receive one of the most competitive prices available for comparable insulation work.

If you find a lower price for equivalent work, we will match it according to the conditions below and provide an additional benefit.

How to Request a Price Match

To request a price match:

  1. Contact our customer service team and inform us that you received a lower quote from another company.

  2. Provide written proof (a detailed quote from the competing company).

  3. Our team will review your request based on our eligibility criteria.

If the request qualifies, we will match the price and add a $100 credit to your final invoice.*

*Applicable only to eligible projects.

Eligibility Conditions

To qualify for our Best Price Guarantee, you must provide:

  • A detailed written quote

  • The name of the competing company

  • A full description of the work

  • The insulation materials used

  • The insulation thickness / R-value

  • The total square footage

  • Included services (decontamination, vapor barrier, air barrier, ventilation, etc.)

  • The total price before and after taxes

The compared work must be:

  • For the same measured surface area

  • For the same type of insulation (fiberglass, cellulose, spray foam, etc.)

  • For the same insulation value (R50 vs R50, R60 vs R60, etc.)

  • Using new materials compliant with current building standards

  • For a complete installation meeting applicable building codes

Non-Eligible Situations

The Best Price Guarantee does not apply if:

  • No written proof is provided

  • The competing company is not licensed or insured

  • Materials or insulation thickness differ

  • The price is part of a temporary promotion

  • The price is part of a clearance or liquidation sale

  • The price is reserved for a specific group, employer, or special program

  • Essential elements are missing from the quote (ventilation, preparation, vapor barrier, protection, cleanup, etc.)

  • The proposed work does not meet applicable construction standards

  • The competing company cannot complete the work within a reasonable timeframe

The guarantee applies to the total price of eligible work only.

Instant Insulation reserves the right to:

  • Accept or refuse any price match request

  • Verify the technical compliance of competing quotes

  • Modify or cancel this promotion at any time
